Can you believe this illegals could go free while their victim faces jail time?

So if an illegal Mexicans breaks into my house they are allowed to steal my personal property and if I protest I can be arrested ? This guy is 82 and the illegals are two against one and much younger and these thugs because they are illegal are free to steal personal property and the police will not even press charges against them despite criminal histories, the supporters of illegals are saying this man has no rights and illegals with criminal histories,who tempt fate, will now be allowed to sue this man and be allowed to keep their stolen goods and be free to rob and steal without any fear of police, less the citizen will be arrested as another reminder to other citizens
