If anyone believes in magicians, why don't they ask a magician to play the lottery and win? Magicians "win" !?

Criss Angel once won about 800 bucks for someone on a lottery scratch off ticket. (YouTube it). Why doesn't he or any other magician play the lotto? I might believe them then. Ha!
