Why am i always hungry?

okay so im 17 and about 6 feet tall and 188lbs. im in decent shape my body fat is prob like 10% and i can bench around 240 squat around 345. ive been wokring out since last winter since i was on varsity basketball and right when that ended ive been working 3 days a week consistantly til now lifting weights with a personal trainer and doing plyos. also ive had bball games over teh weekend and recent i also started wokring with a bball skills coach. so overall about 6 days a week exercising . i wana lose some more body fat and just wondering if anyone knows how many calories i can safely eat a day..also fat content and etc. even if its to much info i prob **** about 3 times a day to give you an idea of my metabolic rate? anyone have any ideas?
