If i add an mp3 deck to my 2000 mercedes e320, will it also play from the six disc changer in the back?

i want to add something like the sony deck Sony MEX-BT5000 ... but i wanted to know if the controls on the wheels (skip and volume) will recognize it and can it still paly from the six disc changer from the trunk.
