Nys labor laws?

I work in a bank in upstate ny and in January 07 one of the branches in the same town closed. Both branches consolidated but the one that stayed open didnt have a drive up or handicap access so what the bank did was open a temporary drive-up and a walk up ATM which is a construction trailer. Here is the problem...The trailer doesn't have a full functioning bathroom. We can go to the bathroom to only urinate...that's it.Two people are in there everyday for 9 hours and it's close enough to the branch that if we had to go to the bathroom we can call the branch and someone tries to get there fast enough for you to walk to the branch. My question is....Is this legal to have us working in this type of environement? Please help
