I don't know if it was love or just trying to make each other jealous. You said that making out doesn't mean anything to you. What does that mean? You should have some feelings about the person that you are making out with. You also have a bf and he has a gf, What about the two other people? If things didn't work out the first time what has changed? Is it just jealousy? What about your bf? Do you like him? It's always hard to stop thinking about an ex especially when you see him & when you see him with another girl. I have a special place in my heart for my 2 exs' Does it mean he has feelings or was it just the heat of the moment? Did you have feeling or was it the heat of the moment for you?
