Has the USA stepped off of the "Tech Speedway" by ending the Space program?

The US is not off the "tech speedway" by any means.What you do not know and I will now tell you is there exists a secret manned military space program.Incredible things have been accomplished and if you could see some of these secret craft and witness what they can do then you would probably wet yourself.
