Help!!! Guy Advice girls and guys can answer but i think guys might know more .....?

I whent to church on wendsday, and there was a really cute guy who was talking to my sister. I when to go sit away from where i was and he turned around and was like wow what a nice sister leaving her all by her self, it was in a playful way im guessing he was flirting, :/ not sure but then we where sitting together in church and hes like man i dont want to put my hat on the ground so he was like can u hold this for me ? anf i was like sure so i held it the whole time and then it was time to split into groups and i was like do u want your hat back and he sai naw i dont need it right now so i took it with me ... then we where watching a movie and he sat next to me on the couch, and he started poking me in my side then tickling me bc i said " stop im really ticklish " he kept doing it and he also was moving his finger tips along the top of my leg to see if i was ticklish like that and he wanted to play thumb war I guess what im asking is dose he like me ? I feel like he dose but then there are signs that show he dosent like he was making fun of me " haha i saw u playing with my hat like a perv :p when we where sitting down stairs " and also we where watching dispicable me and he was like ooo thats u and it was this little yellow thing singing and being weird lol it was fun but im not sure also at the end we where walking out and he was like what i dont get a hug ?
