I saw a trailer at a blockbuster about "dirty bomb" in Britain, called "at my doorstep" or something like that

Did anyone see this DVD? What's the real name? The preview had a man locking some woman (presumably his wife or girlfriend) outside after she'd been exposed (to radiation, I ume) and he was crying. What's the real name of this DVD?
