I want to go from being overweight to having a skinny figure. Do vlcds work?

VLCD=Very Low Calorie Diet. I only want to be skinny because I have really big "melons" (DD) and big calve muscles, which I hate. Or how about eating 1 meal a day? And don't say your metabolism will slow down, because my metabolism is already so slow. And I would never have any unnecessary surgery.
