My mom's 9 week old pomeranian displaced a vertebrae in his neck. Been to the vet. What now?

Your vet would know, but from your description I have a feeling that your vet is not top rate.So get a second opinion go to another vet and ask for something that might work if nothing for sure will so you can comfort yourself and while your at it see if you can get an X-ray to see what is wrong.Hope shes OK!!
