What can i do with this stuff to make a costume?

get your devil horns, black tube top and tutu and boots. Alright then spend a few dollars on some red ribbon to tie around under your that adds red contrast to your top and it makes more attention;] then by so red lace like in yards. then you can get red fish nets or tights it depends wether your boots are spiked high heels or not, now buy one of those devil fork things.
