I live near a mobile phone mast?

I'm sure it's affecting my nervous system. I've looked into the legalities and I can't do anything because it was there before some law came in. I asked two people with knowledge of physics and they both said to cover my bedroom window with tinfoil and earth it, which I've done. It doesn't seem to give complete protection though. Any ideas? (The mast is directly across the road and you can see it from my bedroom window. I can't move to another room because I live in a small apartment.)
