Is it possible to get pregnant after a hysterectomy (like ectopic when keeping ovaries and tubes)?

I've heard of ectopic pregnancies where an egg is fertilized inside the tubes but not sure if it can happen when the uterus is taken out. I'm scheduled to have a total hysterectomy so I was just wondering if it's possible to get pregnant with ovaries and tubes left in cause if a woman keeps her cervix, can't sperm reach an egg and possibly fertilize it in the tube causing an ectopic pregnancy. Thanks
